Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@serenescentsboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
